How long does shipping take for surfboards?
Surfboards typically ship within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-10 business days via our specialized freight carriers.
Do I need to wax my Catch Surf board?
Yes, while our decks are soft, they can still be slippery when wet. We recommend applying a light coat of high-quality surf wax to the deck area where your feet will be positioned for maximum grip.
What is your return policy on boards and gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that surfboards must be unopened in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a return.
Do the boards come with fins included?
Most of our surfboard models come with a set of high-performance fins included. Please check the 'What's in the Box' section on the specific product page to confirm for that model.
How should I store my board to prevent damage?
To extend the life of your board, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place. Excessive heat can cause bubbling or delamination of the soft skin.
