Returns & Exchanges

At Catch Surf, we want you to be stoked on your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that surfboards and bodyboards must be in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
